In February I sold my CRO agency.

It was the culmination of 8-9 months of personal discovery that has taken me on a very different path.

7 months ago when I sent my last newsletter to you all, I’d begun the process of understanding where my future may lie.

And now I know:

Making ambitious people more effective at work.

Showing how they can build value for themselves by building things of value for their employers.

Unknowingly, I’ve been doing this for years.

With my agency team.
With agency owners I’ve coached.
With employees of other businesses too.

And the sense of personal satisfaction I have gained from seeing them succeed has far outweighed the £millions I’d made for corporate businesses in CRO.

But where is all of this going?

In the next few months, I’m planning to restart a newsletter.

Focused on showing why effectiveness should be your principal work pursuit.
